Work completed is billed monthly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is due 15 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing or via PO.
- 50% deposit are due before commencement of work, balance upon completion
Performance payments are due upon delivery of the agreed performance metric
- Payments over 30 days.
  - EU Late Payments Directive applies: With effect from 1 January 2026, the late payment interest rate is 10.15% per annum (that is based on the ECB rate as at 1 January 2026 of 2.15% plus the margin of 8%). The daily rate is calculated as 10.15% divided by 365 days and charger per day overdue on full value of invoice.
CANCELLATION Policy is no charge up to 10 working days ahead, after that payment is due in full, plus any expenses incurred at cost. This applies to training courses in person and online. May also apply to on-site work where booked in advance, but this is flexible.
Copyright in content remains with AEMS until payment is received in full.

Confidentiality

All information relating to the nature of the services, the affairs of the client or any of its customers shall be strictly confidential as between the client and Authentic.

Authentic shall not during the term of the project or at any time thereafter publish or otherwise disclose information except in the performance of its duties under this project (save for audit or tax purposes).
